· Indianapolis Traffic Management Center Construction Engineering & Inspection- provided technical assistance and construction services for the technology component of the Indianapolis Traffic Management Center (TMC), a $12.6 million facility.
· Indianapolis Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS)- served as a QA/QC coordinator for Indianapolis ATMS, which covers about 145 miles of expressways and comprises of electronic surveillance, traveler information, communication network, traffic management center and highway service patrols (Hoosier Helpers).
· Indiana Toll Road ITS Project- served as a project manager and assisted in the development of an ITS Master Plan for the Indiana Toll Road. The plan included inventory of existing ITS systems, identification of ITS market packages, development of ITS architecture, identification of ITS projects for implementation, and development of incident management preliminary plan and deployment plan.
· Borman Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS)- served as a QA/QC coordinator for the Borman ATMS, which covers about 20 miles of expressways and comprises of electronic surveillance (detector and closed circuit television), traveler information, communication network, traffic management center and Hoosier Helpers.

· Wisconsin Department of Transportation District 2 Communications-Data Infrastructure (CDSI) Project. Served as a project manager, provided technical assistance in the development of the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional ITS Architecture, assisted in mapping the District fiber network and reviewed project deliverables.
· Illinois State Toll Highway Authority Traffic and Incident Management System (TIMS) Project. Led procurement of project hardware/software, assisted in development of HD/SW specs and System Hardware Design, and reviewed Closed Circuit Television Design.
· Georgia Department of Transportation Metropolitan ITS Integration Project- Phase I. Assisted in mapping the NavGAtor, MARTA and City of Atlanta systems to the NTCIP standards and National ITS Architecture.
· Illinois Department of Transportation Traffic Systems Center(IDOT TSC) Upgrade. Populated the database of the expressway system geometry characteristics, developing the System Engineering Manual, System Operations Manual, System Administration Manual, Test Plan Document, and training material, and conducting training.
· Kansas City Area Advanced Transportation Management System. Assisted in the development of the Ramp Metering Needs and Feasibility Study for the Kansas City Metropolitan area and conducted Field Component Technology Assessment Study.
· California Department of Transportation District 7 ATMS. Developed a System Engineering Manual for District 7 ATMS.
